What each plan includes
WhatsApp automation for businesses of every size. Your own number, your own words, and only the screens your trade actually uses. Everything below is what the system will actually give you — there are no asterisks on this page.
Prices are per month, + 18% GST for customers in India. A sale billed in dollars to a customer outside India is an export of service and carries no Indian GST — any tax due in your own country is additional. Yearly billing is two months free. Every plan starts with a free 14-day Growth trial — no card, nothing to cancel.

Need just one thing?
Anything your plan does not include can be added on its own, so you are never pushed up a whole plan for one feature. Add-ons are billed monthly, + 18% GST for customers in India; no Indian GST on exports.
Insights is not on this list on purpose. It is on every plan, including the free trial. Knowing what you are about to be charged should not itself be a charge.
WhatsApp’s own message charges
These are separate from the plan price, billed by Meta, and we add nothing on top. Many platforms add around 20%.
India, today: ₹0.8631 per marketing message and ₹0.1150 per utility or one-time-password message. A reply you write within 24 hours of the customer’s message is free.
Rates can change, and you will see it here. These are Meta’s published rates, last checked on 2 September 2026. If Meta moves them, these figures move with them, and we still add nothing. Your dashboard prices your own real messages against the rate card in force, so nothing on your bill is a surprise.
Outside India: the rate depends on the country your customer is in and varies widely. You pay Meta’s published rate for that country. Ask us and we will confirm the rate for your market before you commit to anything.
Taking a card payment inside the WhatsApp chat is not available yet, and we do not pretend it is. Payment requests use your own UPI ID, your bank details, or a payment link you already have — which works today, with no approval from anyone.
Pay by card, UPI or PayPal and your plan switches on straight away. Pay by bank transfer and a person switches it on, usually within a couple of hours and always the same day. At checkout you choose whether to pay once or renew automatically — nothing renews unless you pick it, and if you do pick it you can stop it yourself from the Plan screen in your account.
